Even now I sit with Joey on my lap reaching for the key board! I have learned that becoming a parent means time somehow goes by even quicker than it did before. He is already seven months old, and I am wondering how that is even possible. He has been such an amazing blessing to us. We had Mom and Dad watch him over night on Saturday and we realized after a few hours how completely boring and less meaningful our life would be without him. Well, he is getting fussy so I must go. The great news is he is gaining a lot of weight. He is now 13 lbs 2 oz. 24 1/2 inches long. He just grows and grows. Another cool thing is he figured out how to suck his little thumb today. We got many pictures of it. Kind of silly, but special to us. Dave actually noticed it first and yelled for me to grab the camera and come see.
